Who we are

ClearPoint is an information site that compares online casinos licensed in Great Britain. It is published by Clearpoint Digital Media S.r.l., a company registered in Italy. We are the data controller for any personal data processed through this website. We are not a gambling operator: we do not take deposits, we do not open accounts and we never hold your money.

What we collect

This site has no accounts, forms or sign-ups, so very little personal data is involved.

• Technical data sent automatically by your browser, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed. Our hosting provider records it in server logs for security and reliability.
• Your cookie choice and your age confirmation, stored in your own browser so the notices are not shown again.
• Correspondence: if you email us, we keep your message and our reply for as long as needed to deal with it.

We do not run analytics or advertising tracking on this site, and we do not collect names, dates of birth, payment details or gambling history. Operators you visit after clicking a link collect their own data under their own privacy policies.

Why we use it

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced on the home page for at least 30 days.
